You just articulated my life. I realize why I am so freaking conflicted. I am struggling with letting go, but seeing things as they are. I am saving you email so I can read it over and over and over to remind myself that my boundaries are to protect me... and I am worth protecting.

Why do you want to accept the unacceptable?
You sound horribly depressed. Do you have a therapist?
There are times I too think it would just be easier to roll with the punches--but then AH rears his ugly head again and I know I don't want to roll with the punches and know both my children and I deserve better. My kids need and deserve a safe, stable home.
