OT: Yesterday I kicked ex AH. Symbolically, on a videogame :)
 

I looked ridiculous, with office attire, next to punk 12-year-olds LOL

There was one game, sniping zombies and I thought "so appropiate"

They kind of waited and then jumped horribly close to me, so similar to all those destructive thoughts jumping out from nowhere. :firedevil

And then I destroyed them with great precision for someone that did not bring her glasses :uzi:

Then I played a 2 player game, with NO ONE. It felt so good to kick, whip, punch a character that was just there, being a punching bag.

Then the computer took over that character and of course he kicked my a$$, but on those ocassions I just imagined I was Playing the Powerful One :a136:

Then I tried to grab a plush toy, and DID!! a wonderful cat... and then it got stuck and I could not get it out!

If you happen to come across an arcadia (I hope I got the right word) I strongly suggest giving it a try, it helped me a lot...

Now when I get angry from 9 to 6 I can just think "OK, that is now, but at 6... you will SEE.."

I was against violent videogames, etc but now I support them for therapeutic purposes!!
