when I said I was - for the first itme- having an OK day! AH has called and called- I have not answered. He started txting - or maybe his wh**e was- its right up her ally- sayin "I made the bigest mistake of my life just like u said" please call ect. I sent him a msg stating I was advised not to talk to him- he kept on. My final txt said " U lft me for a who** you made a choice" no calls in the last 30 minutes- ruined my day - got me all upset again- I wish I didn't still love the bas**rd!!!!!!!!

I know- after I sent the two txt's i regreted it- I just got caught up in my anger and emotions- live and learn I guess- I did'nt answer his calls tho,I was a little proud of myself for that cause any other time I would have.

As a side note--this is your AH's doing, and his problem (and, of course, yours). Not the woman he is with, no matter how unsavory you find her.

I am just saying that because focusing on HER may be hurting you more than you think in the long run.

Be gentle with yourself. I do the same thing still. I get really good at not getting sucked in and then....WHAM.....I'm smack dab in the middle of insanity with my head swirling. Some habits die hard.
