Dealing with today
Today I am OK- thought I would let you all know that b/c eery post here I have not been OK- I have been online talking to old HS friends- fun. at least right now, I am ok!

Your "okays" will get more and more common as time goes on.
Your life is much, much bigger than just this current thing you're going through. His choices cannot keep you from having a happy life if you want one. You are more powerful than that.
