Courage to change...
 

...the things i can. I know I need to stop obsessing about him and what heis/is not doing and look at MYSELF.

I want learn to:

Say "I need help"
Say "No, not this time"
Say "I dont have the solution but I'll give it some thought"
Say "I'm busy, can you do it yourself?"
Say "I'm going out for a little me time"

You know what? Just writing this lifts me up; these are things "I" have control over - much easier than working my butt, mind, etc off focusing on him.

Its a big step for me to practice doing these new things. I really really want to improve.

Jehnifer, these are such awesome thoughts. I swear, they should form the backbone of a course in "codie 101" :) I might print these out and start regularly practicing them myself -- thanks for sharing them.
