thought i'd follow up with the response to the email i sent to the OW, after my xABF attacked me. i've involved you guys this far, so you might as well have the end of that story:

I am sorry for your troubles and i deeply regret the pain that i have also caused you.

I am also sorry for discussing this matter with your girlfriend, she is someone i too consider as a special friend and you are right, i should not have done that.

With God's amazing grace i am moving on with my life and i wish you well with yours.
