Also, I wouldn't be so sure her ex was so horrible, maybe he was living through what you are now living through? The alcoholic routinely, automatically, astonishingly, and blatantly lies.

I did many things in blackout when I was in active addiction to alcohol. And yes, it is possible that it happened as your gf has said. BUT - while she may not have been responsible for her actions due to being under the influence, she is accountable for them. If she truly regrets her behaviour and wants to make certain that it never happens again, then she will cease drinking. If she continues to drink, then you will most certainly experience more of the same. I pray that she has reached her rock bottom with this, for both your sakes.
