Looking for a good quote~

I still find myself with the uncontrollable urge at times to contact EXABF, or to go to his Myspace page and snoop. Yes I said Snoop-lol....Did it last night and it stung AGAIN-yet deleting his profile is not a solution as I can just go back to the home page and look it up whenever I like. I need to work on ME and what I am doing and can do to prevent it.

I have been doing better at catching myself on occassion, but am looking for a quote that I can copy and paste on my PC's at home and work, so that when I look at that quote it will STOP ME IN MY TRACKS if I do not catch myself.

Since I was also going to post it on my work PC it has to be "proper" and I really don't want something that says EXACTLY what I am trying to keep myself from doing, as my work PC is in a spot where all other employees can see it. So the robot swinging his arms and yelling "Danger Will Robison, Danger" that I would loveeeee to find might be a bit much

Any suggestions would be awesome.

How about: Success is my only option, failure is not!! The people at work will think you are motivating yourself to do the optimal job at work, and you will know it means that you will successfully overcome your 'addiction to the addict'.

I love this one and have used it often - a member here wrote it, but can't recall who so can't give credit:

Put down the magnifying glass and pick up the mirror.

There's plenty for me to dissect of myself, I really don't need to do it to him, or anyone else for that matter!

Put down the magnifying glass and pick up the mirror.

Pain is inevitable, but misery is an option.

That is one of my all time favorites.

When I feel the urge to look in ABFs truck to see just how much and how often he's drinking I write "No Peeking" on the back of my hand in ink to remind me. It makes me feel self conscious and silly to have it where anyone could see it and wonder why it's there. That feeling keeps me from looking in the truck for sure.

Who's hurting me now???

Drop that alcoholic! Put your hands in the air, and back away slowly!
