BOOM, BOOM, BOOM!

That was me beating my own drum. I have been officially and absolutely cigarette free for four weeks today. I have also lost 11 of the 15 pounds I gained in those first two cupcake intensive weeks.

Where is your own horn? Shouldn't you be tooting that in between bangs on the drum. Congratulations on a hard job, well done. I don't know anyone who quits smoking AND loses weight at the same time. You are amazing.
