Backstory: XH supposedly sober but I know he has been drinking again.

Went over to his house to drop off the kids for their visitation. He looks up at me and says, "Hey, you got any use for a 12 pack of beer?"

Now keep in mind, I don't drink. I have just never liked the taste of alcohol or how it makes me feel so I don't. So this question was stupid right off the bat.

I said, "Why do you ask?"

He says, "I did a job for a guy the other day and he paid me with a 12 pack of Bud. I can't use it - what do you think I can do with it?"

I said, "Ummm....why don't you give it away?"

That right there is funny, don't ya think? BUT WAIT, there's more....

A few days later I go to pick the kids up and one of my kids mention they want to get something from the fridge to drink. My ex says to them "Nothing in a bottle". Stupid me, I was thinking soda. So I go with her to make sure she gets the right thing and, lo and behold, a fridge full of Corona.

So apparently, it wasn't the "currency" he had a problem with, but the denomination! :rotfxko

Just had to laugh.
