Do I tell his work
I know he's having a few "beers" when he's out on the road and I know a few of his copworkers know this (and except it). He doesn't come home rocked anymore but I can smell something on his breath (it's not beer, it's liquor). I think the owner of the company should know. He's a liability to himself and this company. I'm sure they will eventually find out on their own but I was just going to type up something anonymous and let them know that SOME of their employees are in fact a bomb waiting to happen.
Should I just let it go and time will tell... or should I be proactive?

Nope. You shouldn't. Let the chips fall where they will. Eventually, it all comes to the surface.
One thing you should do is decide if you want to be in the fallout zone when it does happen. Do you?

That is a good question. "fallout zone", nope... not really. It will suck to be him if, and when, that happens. It will affect me if he loses his job or gets "injured" because of his decisions, but isn't that the case now?! I'm new at this... learning... I'm going to continue to focus my efforts on myself right now and no control him or the situation.
