A: Anger, because thanks to it I was able to see clearly that NO, I am NOT a doormat, and yes I deserve to create MY OWN happiness that I am not defined by my relation with anyone else, is a very fresh lesson.... so far feels GOOD

B is for Beauty, which I forget to feel grateful for during my down moments.

As in this wonderful line from the film American Beauty:

And that's the day I knew there was this entire life behind things, and... this incredibly benevolent force, that wanted me to know there was no reason to be afraid, ever. Video's a poor excuse, I know. But it helps me remember... and I need to remember... Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel like I can't take it, like my heart's going to cave in.

Cause GOD gave it to me, so its precious and perfect in His eyes, even if its not in my husbands.

... received a call from him today telling me about this wonderful new hormone injection for overweight people to lose weight!!! Granted, Ive gained a few, but Im 145 lbs, 5'5 and 37 years old. Not too shabby, especially after 3 kids and the stress of a husband like him!!

Its been a source of pain since before marriage... sigh...

I'm grateful for my wild and fun imagination, one of God's great gifts. I can take a wonderful, beautiful, all expenses paid vacation at lunchtime if I want.

Watching it develop in Little Miss Coyote is priceless.
