Q for Qantas, the airplane that took the friend that opened her home to me when I was trapped with AH, to Australia, where she is having a great time!!

Sleeping alone, at any time you wish.. is priceless..
Sleeping without someone stumbling drunkendly to wake you up and insult you.
Sleeping with someone that respects you!
Sleeping with someone that does not snore
Sleeping with someone you TRUST...
And then waking up to a great life where addictions do not exist!! hugging a GREAT, healthy guy

Another day
Another chance to
- take a deep breath...
- feel the sun on my skin
- do what I love (painting lesson today!)
- redefine myself
- tell my loved ones I love them and my life is rich because of them
- appreciate beauty (went to take a walk to the park before work)
- trust God: I am taken care of
- thank God: for the extraordinary gift of life

Gratitude again. I know we talk about gratitude all the time, but I've had to spend time lately with folks who don't have a sense of gratitude about ANYTHING, it seems...all they see is what is wrong, what they'd change. When you point out something that's gone SO right, they're quick with the "Yeah, but......."
Here's to that warm, curling feeling of being grateful for another day to move toward a better life. May it settle over all of our hearts today.
