Some cyber hugs please

This isn't related in anyway to the A in my life or alcoholism. I lost a friend today -- a colleague and a friend. She and her daughter went through the ice yesterday -- her daughter was just 10 years old. She leaves behind her husband of 18 years and their 16 year old daughter as well as many family and friends.

She was the tireless champion of our local YWCA -- she was only 45 years old.

Please keep her family in your thoughts today.

((((((hugs))))))......sending thoughts and prayers your way. Don't know if you are interested in Christian reading, but I just finished "Into the Deep" by Robert Rogers. He lost his wife and all 4 children in a flash flood, and it chronicles how he healed from such a devastating loss. An inspiring story and an inspiring man.
