Am I being harsh?
I can so identify with the health issues and stress! I have high blood pressure as it is, which I take meds for.
My youngest AD who still lives at home had seemed to be doing pretty well as far as finally deciding to complete her education, but I never hold my breath, and continue to do what I need to do.
Guess what? She's back into a pattern where she leaves every night after work, and has come dragging in between 3 and 6 am in the morning, straight to bed. She's depressed again, sleeps more, which depresses her more because she's lost sight of her goals again.
I've learned to just let it go because it's not worth the blood pressure shooting up again, restless nights, and losing my focus on my goals!
Granted I don't rely on her financially, but I do understand living with someone who doesn't have the best priorities going on!
