I can see clearly again

Went thru SR withdrawal during past 36 hours. Couldn't use computer because I couldn't see out of one eye, as I had cataract surgery yesterday.
Got dressing and patch off today and just now realised that only using that eye, I can see distant objects I haven't been able to see without specs, up to now. Can't wait for the other one to be done. I thank God for the expertise of doctors and others.

First thing I have done is get online to SR and see what I have missed.
Is that dependency or what?

Have looked a lots of threads and posts, but need to give the eye a rest and cover it for the night. Hopefully I will be back tomorrow and within a few days will be reading and posting without any trouble.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if a small operation could clear the vision of us all, heal the problem and let us, addicted souls, codies, families et al, clearly see where we are in life, make the changes and happily live ever after?

Oh well! It was a fairytale thought.

I'm glad all went well with the surgery! Sounds like you are on the road to a speedy recovery.

That's so cool, jadmack. It's funny, I opened your thread thinking you'd had a great revelation that you were going to share with us LOL -- but instead it was pretty literal: you can SEE !!!!
