First Al Anon meeting last night
 

I finally forced myself to go to an Al Anon meeting. It turned out to be a "new comers" meeting since 40 percent of us there were new comers. I don't have a lot of thoughts about it yet except to say I'm willing to give it a chance to see if it helps me.

I guess that's my first step in the right direction. :bounce

I've decided to give one a go by my home tomorrow morning. Although I am feeling good and have moved on from my abf I think it will be good to have regular f2f meeting with other recovery folks!
