In Progress. I am SO unhappy and anxious at work I don't know if I can make it to closing. When I have an informal job interview....hope I can think straight for it

Hopefully the interview will help take your mind off the panic attack. Some things you can try would be a short walk, maybe even check your pulse so you are reassured that your heart is working normally.

I suffer from panic attacks to so you are not alone. Good luck on the interview!

Good luck on the interview. Pretend you already have the job and you are interviewing them. I always work better if I think I have the upper hand. Let us know how it goes.

Hey, you can always negotiate on salary, with you they have a dead cert rather than an unknown entity. Recruitment is hugely expensive too (my game) Do some research online for similar jobs in your area so you know what you're worth, you can bet they will have and aim towards he higher end (the dead cert kicking in again) Shame you're not in the UK or I'd give you some sies to try. Best of luck X

just remember to BREATH, In and out, when my panic attacks hit I concentrate on my breathing. counting slowly when I breath in and when I breath out it gets me to slow down and relax. just an opton.

Oooh forgot to say, not an expert on panic attacks but try to remember if the job is in the bag it's because they want YOU. A hot lavender oil bath and a good nights sleep is always a plus too. knock em out :ghug3
