I talked my recovering alcoholic wife into doing a online divorce. Her AA friends talked her into getting a lawyer. I found out about it and confronted her. I have the papers now but have to talk with my lawyer, tomorrow. It looks like we agree on everything and the divorce is uncontested. If I sign tomorrow 91 days later we will be divorced.
She wanted maintainance since she is not working but I showed her my take home and the bills, I have minus income. She will have to live on her life insurance and the 5th wheel we own outright.
Anyway I will have to put more effort into my recovery so I don't keep the cycle going.
My RAW was a lot harder to get a long with when she was in recovery, she knew everything. We had some good fights when she got out of her 100 day rehab.
She was in coma for over a week two times since 2003, will I miss that?, NOT!
