Some family issues have cropped up and I'll be unable to leave this weekend as planned. I've come to terms with it and this turn is also coinciding with the request for more evidence from my lawyer (recording and witnesses to his behavior). I didn't realize until yesterday how isolated he's been keeping me. He always has an excuse for not inviting people over or going out. My family sees him drink but they're out of town and don't see it often enough. So, I'm going to make the effort to be more outgoing and get some witnesses back into the fold. I've waited this long, and I can make it another month or so if it means I have a slam dunk case to get custody of dd.

Lawyer said the same thing to me. That I need to start inviting people over so they can witness that he's never around. That is sooo hard for me. If I'm going to actually venture with others I much rather be outside of my home. Good luck with this!! :ghug3
