He's got 30 days today and I've got

sweat running down my back from run/walking 3.5 miles with my friends. Started back walking with them the middle of last week. I'm feeling great and AH seems to be feeling great. I don't know how much he's struggling with cravings. Kinda leaving that between him and his sponsor. With the exception of one argument about his mother, this has been a really great month!

Thought I'd share some good news.
