It happened
I posted one day last week that STBXAH's lawyer was suspended for 75 days to ethics violations. We weren't sure if our case would be continued or if the judage would decide to go ahead and hear the case.
My lawyer called today and told me that the judge had decided to continue the case. She should go back to court on Sept. 3rd to find out when the hearing will be.
I was hoping that it wouldn't be continued, but I can't change it so I'll just have to deal with it.
Maybe come Sept. the case will finallly be heard.
