I'm baack! lighter and brighter....

I'm baack! lighter and brighter...and I have a bit of good news...
First , I want to say that I missed you all...

I got a lot of good work done....
I am continually humbled by the codie in me..

but so grateful for my life and this board...

and now the good news...
my AD has logged on and posted to this board!!
I have been telling her about this place for months and she finally took the plunge....so proud, you know...

she talked to me about telling everyone she was my kid...and I said I thought she should come in under her own steam, more privacy etc...
I also spoke to a few people here about her presence....of course I wanted to scream it out to all who would listen that she is here!!! codie that I am... and proud mom..

anyway she spoke with me on the phone this morning and said that it would be okay if I told all the moms..that she is here and her username....kat67...

I will be staying away from her threads because I want her to have the space she needs to do her thing ...I will not be addressing my personal situations with her on this board and that is okay...do not feel the need to...
If by chance I feel the need to vent in the future, I will pm some people here ...it is all good..

anyway, that is the skinny,thank you Cats Pajamas and Peacteach for your response to my going off email..

hope everyone is well and happy in the moment...got some catching up to do....love ya, grateful

Thank you TTOSBT...yes it is...and the timing is right....I choose to be here to give back at this point and I love how doing that reinforces my own recovery....but I will not put my AD's recovery ahead of mine.....it is wonderful to see her here, but I am under no illusions.....what she does with her time here and what she does with what is offered her is up to her..and time will tell.......hugs, grateful
