I read this week that gut feelings are like our internal GPS system from God.

You don't have to know why you feel that way in your gut, if it's telling you somethings not right, isn't clicking, is off, LISTEN TO IT.

I like to think that we were born with our "gut", we have just filled it with so much junk, it's harder to communicate with.
A spiritual diet kinda cleans house and allows our gut to work as it was meant to in many ways. praying for you!
