Survival Spreadsheet
I just did a survival spreadsheet. The amazing thing I found, is that I can survive. Even given a pretty nasty initial assumption, I can survive. You can't believe how good that makes me feel.

I love how counting can sometimes relieve so much stress.
There is a coach I'm familiar with who really pushes this -- that when you're faced with crises related to money or numbers, sometimes just counting (the thing we put off because we dread it!) can reveal that things aren't so bad, or reveal a definite, tangible shortfall that we can get to work making up somehow, trimming a little here and a little there.
All of a sudden, "impossible" goes away and is replaced by.....hmmmmmm, this might work.
