As I'm sitting down to dinner, and my day is coming to a close, I just realized that although I thought about my exbf, and even discussed him with someone, I didn't have that gut wrenching pain inside!

I thought about what I did. I was super excited last night, and into this morning because I had a "business lunch" with a neighbor, who might prove very useful in helping me with a business opportunity. I'm selling my administrative skills, and services on a freelance basis, and he's in a career field in which he could use my help, as could his colleagues!

So, I met him for a free, delicious lunch, and discussed future business plans.

I came back home, and worked (I work from my home off my computer).

I'm taking a dinner break, and I'm like...there's no pain! Where did it go today?

Now, I know it might come back, but I wanted to share that today I feel normal, and even a bit POWERFUL!

So, yesterday I requested a phone number change. Today, no pain. Wow, could I ACTUALLY be moving on with my life without him?
