This may sound trivial to some, But it has me pretty upset, she pushed a real
hot button saturday night. She has a oop/ofp on me. I can't and won't go near her.
knowing this she sold my bike, and some creep came and stoled it out of my garage while I was out Sat. night. Now I seem to have no recourse, ie have her arrested. because her name was on the title, and I emagine she just forged mine. anyone have any ideas, I've been thinking of confronting her, and just go to jail and explane it to the judge. And I know thats the wrong way, and won't help me. My lawyer doesn't seem to be much help.:wtf2

Did the title say "and" or "or"? If it said "and" then report it to the police as STOLEN.

If it said "or" then she could legally sell it. However, you can then take her to court for 1/2 of it. Do NOT confront her on your own.

She is 'pushing' your buttons, but you can change how you react any time you want to.

When I change my action or reaction, those responding to me end up changing theirs. Especially when it is not a reaction they were expecting.

Find a new lawyer, QUICK!
