I just arrived home from an open AA meeting. I'm an alcoholic. After the meeting, I spoke with a young lady who attends Al-anon and comes to our open AA meetings (once a month). She is not an alcoholic, doesn't drink for that matter. She shared her struggles (serious stuff) with me, I shared mine. At the end of our discussion, we were both laughing.

Just want to give my best wishes to all the good people in Al-anon and other similar support groups. You're the best.
