I'm in too. I already walk about 10-12 miles per week and am shooting to increase that. I have some weeks when I don't get out as often as others. I like the idea of meditating very much. When I first started taking my walks I always listened to the radio, but now I prefer to be more aware of my surroundings and enjoy the time alone with my thoughts and prayers.
I've recently missed some of my walks due to some air pollution and being too busy preparing for my son's wedding- I walked a mile on Tues and 1.75 miles Wed night and plan to work up to 3 miles at a time in two weeks. Two miles is not hard for me but it's getting warmer here and I need to go out at sunset or sunrise so I don't get cooked!
