My Husband Completed His First Step Yesterday
...and I am so proud of him. He is doing so much better in rehab than I ever thought he would! Could it be possible that I may just get my husband back? No...Could it be possible that I may just get a whole new husband? This is the first time in like...forever, that I had hope!

I'm so happy for you and for your husband. Recovery is a process. There are good days and bad days. It isn't a cure but it does give one HOPE!
Remember to concentrate on you and your own recovery! Your recovery and healing is VERY important to your serenity and his success!

I am happy for you, this is promising. I hope his recovery goes from strength to strength!
As said by the others, keep working on you as well, if for some reason things don't go well and he relapses, you need to be a whole healthy you,
