Hey ya'll,

I'm looking for that thread from a few weeks ago that really made me laugh. It was the one where we all started saying what the 'normal' mama says vs the 'mother of an A".

For ex...

Normal mom: My son just graduated from Harvard and he's studying abroad this summer.

Alcoholic's mom: My son just graduated from rehab and has a new broad.

I loved this thread and want to print it for my Al Anon buddies whom I'll see tonight.

I'm thinking it was either here or on Nar Anon board.

Okay Hangin' - I brought it to the top of Nar-Anon again. It's Josie's thread called "I Was Thinking About Us Moms".

I know that you know all about anonymity and hope you will just cut out the phrases that are funny and leave the personal stuff and names here

There is NO WAY I am jeopardizing my place on this board. Ya'll are WAY too precious to me. Where else can I go and get free counseling, 24/7? My lips are sealed. Gosh I must love ya'll. I don't seal my lips too often. Well, let me restate that. I don't seal my lips too often when it comes to telling Mr Hangin' what to do. Just ask him....lol.

I know you are to be trusted!!! And I loved finding it because it made me laugh all over again.

One day I will dig out all the "classics" and put them in a powerpost at the top so that never lose them in the basement. They are just too precious.
