I am annoyed.....

and I am sure you all can guess what I am annoyed about. I have been sitting in the room with the computer listening to "him" call every number he can think of for anything he can find.

I have not said a word about it. What good would it do? None.

I sit here and wonder how we can have such a good day yesterday with his daughter and grandkids and today he is acting like a raving lunatic, a complete addict!

Its kind of quiet now so I don't know if he found something with his last call. I guess we have progressed from the alcohol to something with a better high.

I just don't know. I sit here sad and wondering, why. Knowing I cannot change a thing and knowing my distress over this isn't going to help me or him.

Okay, enough. I know I will get through this. I have faith and hope.

Thanks for listening to me "rant".

Many hugs,
Debbie

Yup, that sure sucks alright...

If it will make you feel better, I'll have some ice cream and cheesecake with you - for support.

Hang in there.

Hugs,
JG

Thanks JG

There is plenty of cheese cake and ice cream for everyone, in a variety of flavors. I also have some coffee cake. I tend to go a little over board when there is company and its on sale.....lol

So anyone that wants some there is plenty to go around

This whole thing will pass I hope. He hasn't left, there have been no return calls, and no one has come knocking on the door. I will take these things as good things

Many hugs,
Debbie

Hope I didn't miss out on the ice cream and cheesecake! Good thing cyberfood doesn't have calories (or wheat in my case). So I can "eat" all I want!

I'd take the no knocking and no return phone calls as a good sign! (No news is good news?)

Hugs,
Lyn

You are absolutely right, no news is good news.

Oh darn, no wheat. Well, what is your favorite dessert, I would be more than willing to get you something you could really dig into and please don't tell me jello......

Many hugs,
Debbie

So sweet of you Debbie!

Actually, I have to confess--I just got done eating a bowl of oatmeal cookie dough, made with spelt flour (closest to wheat). Yummy. I also made myself wheat-free brownies on our vacation--ummm-ummm! Almost like the real thing!

Actually--ice cream is the only dessert that is wheat-free and trouble-free too. I can eat the cheesecake without the crust! (jello is NOT dessert! )

Oh, in case you can't tell--I went off my diet--again!

Smoke:

I'm allergic to wheat. I use to have a multitude of health problems--tired, heart skipping beats, terrible arthritis, congestion, indigestion. Found out it was all wheat. Now I feel like I'm 43 instead of 83. You can have wheat if you like, though!

Wow... that's got to be tough to live around. Okey dokey. I'll eat wheat at home and try not to serve any on the message smorgasboard.

Hugs!

Hi Ho Debbie!

Not to worry. For all the wheat you AREN'T eating, I am making up for it. My idea of hell is to wake up one morning and find out that I am "wheat intolerant" and "lactose intolerant". That would, in effect, wipe out every major favorite food group in my repetoire. Let's see, I think that would limit my diet to bananas and chicken. Yep, that would be hell.
Peace,
Gabe

Amen--Gabe--I hear you! I use to think eating was fun until I couldn't have anything I actually liked!

Barbiedeb--are things better today?

Deb

I wasn't on the boards much yesterday, so I am sending a belated hug and a carton of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey - I do believe it is wheat free.

Hope your evening ended happily.

Hey

I can have wheat, Lyn can't have wheat!! But I will take the ice cream anyway......lol

Thanks Ann, I am better. We had a good time again with the kids yesterday (those little ones make me tired just watching them).

Lyn, look at what you started with no wheat!! lol But if they keep sending ice cream, you will have to help me as long as its wheat free

Today, his daughter and I are going to the mall for a little bit. I am going to buy her a birthday present and the two older girls got their ears pierced so I am going to buy them each a pair of earrings. Should be fun as long as I don't come home to nonsense.

Later on in the day I am going to the shore for an overnighter. So my day is full. I am on vacation and need to do something fun!!

Don't miss me too much And the readings will be a bit late tomorrow

Many hugs,
Debbie
