Wow. Spiritual Seeker was kind enough to bring this beautiful thread to my attention. I am so touched by all of your support and well wishes. I'm particularly touched by Rella who faced her own surgery on the 22nd.

I was released from the hospital on Friday (the 25th?). The surgery went well but I had a little setback while in the hospital with a bowel blockage. I am up and moving (painfully) but am on the way to recovery.

Thank you all for your warm wishes. You guys are the BEST!
