Hey thatoneguy - sorry you are going through this - yes a lot of us here have "been there".
If your current significant other was exhibiting the same behaviours and she was not an alcoholic, would you then find those behaviours unacceptable?
I came to the realization after the fact that I accepted unacceptable behaviour from someone else because they had a disease. Today I don't accept unacceptable behaviour from anyone...period.
You're right that life is not black and white, but sometimes the hardest things to learn are the least complicated - at least for me, that is
