not knowing how it feels
until the words try to come out.

Lay your beliefs down
and your Self with them;
Suspend who you are.
But to say you aren't coming from a place of love,
a spiritual place,
is an enemy, a death.

Love changes you in leaps and bounds.
Do you really want to live in a world
that tries to blow up
the one person who really wants to help you?
Change yourself, or the enemy
will change you.

What it cost me
to reach a deeper part of myself...
cutting off, separating, letting go.
Each day brings some new loss.
