When I had consumed enough pain that I did not even know who I was anymore and was loosing things in my life-I knew it was time for me to STOP!
They do say that is when we have had enough pain-no matter who we are we then decide to get what we need to make our lives better.
I wish you well what ever you decide-Only you can decide to stay with this person and continue feeling the repercussions of the drinking-or "run" it is your choice-
Today as my A is still drinking as well-I'm glad that I "ran"

The only person I can truly change is me. I feel like I may truly have had enough pain at this point. Suddenly the old ways of doing things are finally not making sense any more. no longer feel that pull to please and take care of people. The urge is to run.
