meanie??

So my RAH has started a volunteer fire fighter course. I'm sure you are thinking YAY for him but I know better. He complains about his job, spends money on training in something else but never really follows thru. This is probably the 4th set of courses in a different field in 17 yrs, but who's counting. Anyway, he doesnt want to learn how to use the computer so he wants ME to write up a report due this wkend for him. I said no, I will show you what to do, but you can do it yourself. He says a wife should want to help her husband. I think this is beyond helping, so I wont do it. He did not help me with my college homework years ago, I knew I had to do it on my own - with or without a computer! He has finally learned how to do a web search, but even then yells when he cant find something. He acts incapable of things sometimes, because he just doesnt want to learn. He is supposed to use a computer for his present job, but only uses it minimally. I say - GROW UP!!! So, am I wrong???

You are not wrong. He's not a child and has two hands to type with, I assume. Let him do his own report.

Thanks, I didnt think so, but I wanted to be sure. He acts so immature sometimes for a 43 yr old. I am 36 and more independent and responsible than he. Makes me think that while they are active in drinking, their minds stop maturing altogether. Hope it starts up again soon... Sigh!
