I've recently have found a new love.
this is why i've been MIA for awhile,:
I need to know is YOGURT fatening.

Natural Yoghurt is not fattening. It is a great source of protein and great for the metabilism.

Congrats on finding love!

Yogurt.....it depends on how much you eat I suppose. A cup of yogurt has 200 +/- calories.

It's not fattening...and good for you--lot's of calcium.

I absolutely love Cascade Fresh nonfat strawberry. So good.

I almost left my husband for Brown Cow Full-Cream Maple Yogurt.

Luckily, he is not the jealous type and so he's willing to share me with it

I don't think that eating yogurt falls into the category of "progressive disease". As a substance of choice.....I think you're pretty safe.

My addiction........Sparkling ICE by Talking Rain. It's vitamin enhanced sparkling water (only 5 calories) and it is GOOD! It's not too sweet and comes in three flavors (orange mango, strawberry kiwi and raspberry). Available in cases of 18 bottles at Costco.
