It worked and I stuck by it. After I changed the locks, he came back saying that he did not use and that he cannot handle me threatening or actually changing the locks. I did threaten to do it several times, but I did not.

So we agreed that he is going back to his apartment and that we will keep in touch and go to couples therapy.

I feel good about the decision but lonely and scared. Especially with this baby on the way.

I'd keep attending the Coda meetings and move forward one day at a time. I know it isn't easy raising a child alone, but I have to believe it's more difficult with an active addict in the house.
