Hi ho, Hi ho..it's back to court we go.
 

A mere 72 hours after our court date on Friday, I have had to file yet another motion for contempt. (#6). Seems he bounced 2 payments on an account he is responsibile for regarding our son.

We were supposed to have a F2F meeting Sat, ya know, he'd been acting all sober and all, but Sat, seems he caught a bad case of fear, and choose to lie to me and bailed out.

So, now, here we are...he's back to *junkie* talk...threatening me to send me to jail if I go thru with this motion. Accusing me of identity theft. Who would want *HIS* identity, for Gods sake. He's dern near bankrupt, ruined credit....Told me he met with his sponser and therapist who are both going to assist him with filing criminal charges against me and send me to jail.

I wonder if you have to pay a therapist extra for that kind of service?

Only saw the therapist once...and the guy wants to send me to jail? LOL :wtf2
