A coworker stopped by my office the other day and said, "I don't know what you're doing differently, but keep on doing it--you look great!" I said, "I'll tell you what I'm doing differently, I took my life back!"

You're right, Denny, when your life is order you not only feel better you look better, too!

Today, I can't believe I waited for 25 years to take control of my life. I'm just glad that I finally did.
