Gratitude List and Thank you

Am very happy this site is here. (Almost misspelled site and put sight and wonder if that was really a Freudian slip.)

Have received so much support here already and its just wonderful. Wrote in a little while back feeling very angry. And the support and love that I recieved were just exactly what I needed. Got reminded to keep reading, keep working at this, and keep trying to reach out to help others as well.

Am feeling much more connected. Much more at peace. And believe me, this trying to set boundary thing is hard to do. But I am doing it

Anyways......gratitude. Figured was a good time to make a gratitude list......and hope you all add your own things on.....so that next time am feeling down or angry....I can come here, click on this and see a whole lot of things to be grateful about.

Gratitude list

1. This site
2. That my computer is working so I can access this site.
3. That the electricity is coming into the house so that my computer works so I can access this site.
4. Food in the cupboards and in the fridge.
5. My children.
6. My job. (Even though I hate it. I still have it.)
7. Life. The fact that I am still alive after everything thats happened.
8. The cat came home last night after 2 nights of out and carrousing. (Kind of reminds me of waiting for the A to come home.)
9. That my HP was with me today.
10. That I can go to bed soon, curl up and just sleep.

Thats my list.......feel free to add your own

I am thankful for:

My health.
People who come into my life, however briefly, and make it richer.
The ability to learn from my mistakes.
The opportunity to recover from my mistakes.
The beauty of creation.
Being born in America and the inherent blessings from that.
Having had loving parents.
This site.
My pets.
An increased compassion for other people as a result of my own hardships and trials.
My alcohol-free home.
