I'm sad. (death)

My neighbor passed away today. She was 35. Kim was admitted to the hospital on Christmas day. She died of liver failure.

She left behind 3 small children. 10, 7 and 5yr olds. My kids play with them daily. Today they were all in their backyard playing on the trampoline. While they were playing the rest of the family was at the hospital taking her off of life support. My DH went and talked to the uncle that stayed home with the kids. He said that the kids had already said goodbye and he was glad that my kids were over there playing.

It was so strange to watch these poor babies having a good time. But I'm glad that they are able to carry on.

I'm just so sad that these children no longer have a mother. I'm also mad.

My prayers are with Kim's family at this time.

Another SAD REMINDER of where this can lead.

Thank you Double J for letting us know so we can send up the prayers needed for the family to start the healing process.

Love and hugs,

My prayers go out also, for Kim and all who loved her.

How sad this disease is to take away those we love. May Kim rest at peace in the arms of God.

Hugs

This is just so sad for everyone involved. The children may be handling it better than you thought they would as their mother might not have been available to them... alcohol was probably her first priority, as sad as that is.

Prayers for everyone...

Cats
