To me abuse comes in many many forms......it can be a simple play of words or slight hand gesture......it shouldn't happen in any home...period. It's just toooo easy to leave it be and walk away. Defuse was the best word used here....yes...its an important word indeed.

Isn't abuse abuse?

How is kinda abuse different from abuse......i'm confused too. I have a friend that is rough with his dog because he knows he has power over her.....it's all the same to me, it's ABUSE. JMHO
