Learning how

Just wrote a long thread, got it all out, felt better. I will make it to my meeting tomorrow, call my sponser (in the morning) and now try to go to sleep., Funny the thread just went away, it's not posted, just gone. My higher power must have read it and as I now feel much better that must have been all I needed, just to write it out.
I have lost my thread but seem to have found some peace.
