Just a share....
I left my XABF about 1 month ago....we we're together for 3 years. I am feeling really sad right now through the holidays. I saw someone posted on here today--the same feeling I am feeling--- that I am scared I will be alone forever.
I am trying to stay happy, and have faith, and all that good stuff....its just hard at times.
Today I saw presents for my XABF under the tree at my family's house....they we're from some relatives who didn't know we had broken up....it just made me sad....
Well, sorry for the sad post....I just needed to "get it out" and I don't have anywhere else to do so

thats what we are here for...to be real....not just to pretend we're all happy and smiley.
I feel like poo too....but it will pass....take it a day at a time....We get thru sad days together...and youre not alone!!

This time of year can certainly be a trigger!
I'm fighting the blues myself. I just made a list, and posted in a new thread about what I've lost, losing, etc. and put a spin on it with what I do have.
Believe it or not, it's helped me to see the good things. Sure, it's important to acknowledge if you're feeling sad. You should have seen me a few days ago. But I'm trying to pull myself through as best I can.
It helps to have support here, doesn't it?
