Meeting topic--Hope
 

Today my meeting topic was hope.

Many people come to meetings hopeless and looking for answers to helped their loved ones. The topic today focused on how we can have hope for ourselves and strength to change what we can inside.

Having hope to me means that I'm not giving up on my own actions. I'm learning how to detach with love and live my best life.

I will always hope for my addicted sister and exabf to find their own way.
I no longer feel hopeless because I don't know what will happen. I do know that I will have the strength and support to act each day in a loving way.

I also hope the people attending my Saturday meetings will keep coming back to share their experiences as well as hope for those who continue to post here. I hear something I need to keep me going each week. For this, I am grateful!
