Missed Dissolution Hearing
 

Hi, guys! My dissolution hearing is scheduled for next Tuesday and I am beginning to think that my AH will miss it. He fell off a wagon and is now on a second week of drinking. What happens if he fails to show up? I've waited two months for this hearing. Would I have to start the whole process anew? Thanks for your help!

I think it depends on the state. Can you call the court and find out? (I believe here in California, the judge would go ahead and make a decision without the input of the absent party)
