don't beat yourself up. it takes as long as it takes. people get tired of hearing about their friends being in pain, not moving on, but that's all it is-- them being tired or frusterated. it doesn't mean you SHOULD have moved on by a certain time period. ideally, there would be INSTANT relief from pain, grief, longing for someone- it does not feel good. but there is no instant relief. go through it-- it actually means that you are healthy if you can experience pain and try to allieviate it responsibly, like you seem to be doing-- by talking about it, trying to learn from it, feeling it-- and eventually, you will be through it. give yrself a break, breathe. you're gonna be okay, you will.
