Thoughts and prayers to all in California .. A close friend lives by the beach in San Diego . He hasnt been evacuated yet but is housing some friends that have been and others who lost everything ..

The fire nearest me is 95% contained. Still hard breathing, but if that's the worst it will get for me, I'm very lucky.

The news that we are getting in Louisiana is that the winds have died down some so that is good for the personnel fighting the fires. Praying that is true & that things are starting to look a little on the positive side.

Still praying for all those involved in this horrible ordeal.
